Jill offers coaching for some people by phone. She always prefers to meet you in person at least once, but if you live in Alaska or Rhode Island that's difficult to do!

If you decide to work by phone then you set up appointments just as you would if you were coming to the office. You agree with Jill when you will talk to each other and then she calls you at the agreed time and number. That allows you to find a place where you'll have privacy and not be interrupted during the session. Of course it is different as you can't see each other, and sometimes Jill will recommend that you find someone you can see in person. But many people find it a helpful way to get the help they need.

Jill offers coaching by phone which works well for some situations but not others. Please talk to her about your needs.

E-mail doesn't work as well because you can't get the same level of interaction that you can by phone so Jill doesn't offer that as an option.

When working by phone Jill asks for payment in advance; you can pay by credit card or mail a check.

How does phone coaching work? And what about e-mail?
